    • Please submit one request per employee.
    • Verify on the form that you've taken FERPA training.
    • Just because you have access to SIS, doesn't mean you have access to the entire system. Be as specific as possible when completing the form, this way SAIS can provide you with the access you need.

  • AWAIT APPROVAL

    • If SAIS approves your request, it will take 2-3 business days to process. C&C will e-mail you to confirm you have access to SIS.
    • If SAIS denies your request, we will provide an explanation via e-mail.
  • UPDATE YOUR COMPUTER

In order to use SIS, you need to have a system called TN3720 installed on your computer.

    • In your department, contact the person who oversees computer support to request the program.
    • If your department doesn't have a computer support person, contact the C&C help desk.
  • LOG ON TO SIS

Once the TN3720 program has been installed on your computer, you're ready to access the SIS.

    • Log on to SIS with your IBM logon ID and temporary password.
